Deputy Commissioner Sachin Gupta stresses citizen satisfaction and permanent grievance resolution

Rohtak, May 8:
Deputy Commissioner Sachin Gupta on Thursday directed all departments to immediately resolve pending complaints received during Samadhan Camps in 2024 and 2025 and ensure that grievances are addressed in a time-bound, citizen-centric and satisfactory manner.

Chairing a review meeting at the Mini Secretariat auditorium following a virtual review conducted by the Haryana Samadhan Cell, the Deputy Commissioner instructed officers to personally engage with complainants, explain the action taken by departments and ensure that grievances are resolved permanently rather than merely disposed of administratively.
