HSSC issues important guidelines; Candidates advised to verify documents before applying*

Chandigarh, June 20- Chairman, Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) Sh. Himmat Singh said that a total of 77,735 candidates have registered for CET Group-D so far, while 26,041 candidates have successfully submitted their applications. A large number of candidates are actively participating in the application process.

Appealing to candidates, Sh. Himmat Singh advised them not to believe any rumours, misleading messages, fake calls, or unverified information circulating on social media regarding the examination and recruitment process. He said that the Commission is conducting the recruitment process in a completely transparent and merit-based manner, and all necessary information is being provided to candidates through official channels from time to time.

Sh. Himmat Singh urged candidates to fill out their application forms themselves and carefully verify all information before final submission. After submitting the application, candidates should ensure that the category claimed by them, certificate details, and all other information provided are correct and up to date. Any discrepancy may affect their candidacy in the future.

*Other Important Information for Candidates*

Sh. Himmat Singh said that candidates whose mobile number and email ID are already registered may use their existing registration credentials to apply. Candidates who have already applied for CET Group-C 2025 are not required to pay the application fee again for CET Group-D.

He further said that candidates previously registered for Group-C 2025 may use the same mobile number and password to apply for Group-D. They may also modify their category and other details according to their eligibility. Such changes will not affect their Group-C application.

Candidates who have forgotten their password can use the password recovery facility. The Commission has clarified that in case of finding more than one registration, the candidature may be canceled and the concerned candidate may be barred from future Commission examinations.

Sh. Himmat Singh reiterated that candidates who have already paid the prescribed application fee while applying for CET Group-C 2025 will not be required to pay any separate fee for CET Group-D. They may apply for Group -D using their previous registration details without any additional charges.
