Sarpanches of Panjokhra Sahib and Barnala villages join BJP, influenced by the working style of Energy Minister Anil Vij

Chandigarh, April 30 – Influenced by the working style of Haryana’s Energy, Transport, and Labour Minister Anil Vij, the Sarpanch of Panjokhra Sahib village, Sukhjinder Singh, and the Sarpanch of Barnala village, Kavaljit Singh, from the Ambala Cantonment Assembly constituency, left the Congress and joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).

Both sarpanches visited Minister Anil Vij at his residence in Ambala Cantt, where he formally welcomed them into the party by presenting them with BJP scarves. He encouraged them to actively participate in party activities and work for the welfare of society.

After joining the BJP, Sarpanch Sukhjinder Singh and Sarpanch Kavaljit Singh said that they were highly impressed by Anil Vij’s working style, which motivated them to join the party. On this occasion, Rural Mandal In-charge Kiranpal Chauhan, President Vikas Bahgal, senior BJP leader Randhir Singh, and others were also present.
